Android Framework Developer (R&D Team)

We are seeking an Android AOSP Engineer with deep expertise in the Android Platform and Framework layers. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Android system architecture, OS upgrades, and new Android releases, along with leadership capabilities to guide and mentor teams. Key Responsibilities Lead design, development, and customization of Android AOSP across platform and framework layers Own and drive Android OS upgrades and new Android version bring-up activities Work extensively on Android Frameworks, system services, and platform components Design, implement, and debug AIDL/HIDL interfaces following Project Treble architecture Collaborate with hardware, BSP, and middleware teams for end-to-end platform integration Analyze system performance, stability, and security issues and provide robust solutions Mentor team members and provide technical leadership in complex AOSP initiatives Contribute to architecture decisions and longterm platform roadmap Required Technical Skills Strong handson experience with Android AOSP Deep understanding of Android Platform & Framework architecture Solid experience with AIDL, HIDL, and Project Treble concepts Proven experience in Android OS upgrades and new Android releases Strong programming expertise in: Java, Kotlin, C / C++ Good understanding of Android build system (Soong/Make) Strong debugging skills using logcat, dumpsys, native debugging tools We are seeking an Android AOSP Engineer with deep expertise in the Android Platform and Framework layers.
