Oracle Data Migration Engineer Healthcare Domain Experience: 5–15 Years Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore Employment Type: Contract Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred (0–15 Days) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Data Migration Engineer to support healthcare implementation, migration, and integration projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle databases, SQL, PL/SQL, ETL, and data migration methodologies, with mandatory Healthcare domain experience . Candidates with experience in designing data migration architecture and migration solutions are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end data migration architecture and migration solutions. Perform data extraction, transformation, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and data loading activities. Analyze business and technical requirements and prepare migration architecture, data mapping, and conversion specifications. Develop SQL and PL/SQL programs to support migration and conversion activities. Design scalable and reusable migration frameworks and integration solutions. Execute migration testing, data validation, reconciliation, and post-migration verification. Troubleshoot migration issues and provide production support during implementation and go-live. Collaborate with solution architects, implementation consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and organizational standards. Required Skills 5–15 years of IT experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Data Migration, ETL, Data Conversion, or Database Migration projects. Strong SQL and PL/SQL programming skills. Hands-on experience with Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c/21c). Experience in designing data migration architecture , migration strategy, and technical solutions. Strong knowledge of: Data Extraction Data Transformation Data Mapping Data Validation Data Reconciliation Data Loading Experience with ETL and database migration methodologies. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Linux/Unix command-line experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Mandatory Domain Experience Healthcare domain experience is mandatory. Experience working on healthcare applications, healthcare data migration, hospital systems, healthcare insurance, life sciences, EMR/EHR, or healthcare integration projects. Knowledge of HL7 , FHIR , and healthcare interoperability concepts is preferred. Preferred Skills Experience in Data Migration Architecture and solution design. Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS Data Migration. Oracle Health/Cerner experience is an added advantage. OCI, AWS, or Azure exposure. Python or Shell Scripting. Production support and implementation experience. Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
