Java Microservices Developer || 7+ Yrs || Pan India

Java & Backend Engineering 7+ years of professional backend development experience, with strong hands-on Java expertise. Proven track record of building highly concurrent, data-intensive applications at scale. Strong command of concurrency and multithreading, including thread-safe and high-throughput system design. Strong experience designing and building robust REST APIs. Solid understanding of microservices architecture, service boundaries, API contracts, and distributed systems. Java Frameworks & Reactive Services Deep experience with at least one modern Java framework, such as: o Spring Boot / Spring WebFlux / Project Reactor on Netty o Vert.x o Quarkus Hands-on experience building reactive, non-blocking, scalable services. Strong understanding of schema-first API design, request/response contracts, error handling, and API versioning. Kafka, Messaging & Caching Hands-on experience with Kafka, event streaming, messaging, and stream processing. Experience with Kafka Streams, Flink, or similar stream processing technologies is preferred. Strong working knowledge of caching strategies and in-memory data stores such as Redis. Experience designing low-latency, high-volume, data-intensive services. Infrastructure & Delivery Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps. Good understanding of automated build, test, code quality checks, release processes, and deployment pipelines. Experience working in cloud-native, containerized environments. Performance & Observability Demonstrated ability to profile and optimize Java application performance. Experience with JVM tuning garbage collection optimization, memory management, and performance troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with observability tooling such as Open Telemetry and New Relic.
