Senior Salesforce Developer

As a Senior Salesforce Developer at the company in Mumbai, with over 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Design, develop, and maintain applications on the Salesforce platform. - Build and customize solutions using Apex Classes & Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce Pages, and SOQL/SOSL. - Gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions. - Develop scalable, reusable, and high-performance code. - Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, reports, and dashboards. - Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. - Participate in application design, testing, deployment, and production support. - Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews. - Work within Agile/Scrum teams and collaborate with business stakeholders. Required Technical Skills: - 58+ years of Salesforce experience. - Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows. - Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Data Modeling, Salesforce Security Model, Governor Limits, CI/CD, and DevOps tools. - Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud / Community Cloud. - Strong debugging and performance optimization skills. Certifications Preferred: - Salesforce Platform Developer I (often required). - Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred). - Salesforce Administrator / App Builder certifications are advantageous.
