Manager/Senior Manager - Enterprise Data Warehouse & Master Data Management

As a Manager / Senior Manager at CustomerInsights.AI, you will be responsible for driving enterprise data warehouse (EDW) and master data management (MDM) initiatives within the life sciences domain. Your role will involve a blend of technical expertise, domain knowledge, and leadership to deliver trusted and scalable data solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of EDW and MDM architectures for life sciences clients. - Independently manage EDW and MDM projects from inception to deployment and beyond. - Develop MDM strategy across critical domains like Customer, Product, HCP, Patient, and Geography. - Ensure data quality, consistency, lineage, governance, and compliance across enterprise platforms. - Implement and optimize data integration pipelines and workflows. - Collaborate with analytics, AI, and product teams to support downstream commercial use cases. - Utilize in-depth understanding of life sciences data, including prescription data, formulary data, sales, CRM, and marketing activity data. - Oversee cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships across onshore and offshore models. - Ensure timely, scope-appropriate, and budget-compliant project deliveries. - Mentor and enhance team members' technical and domain capabilities. - Provide technical and domain expertise in client proposals, RFPs, and solution design. Required Qualifications: - 6-8+ years of experience in EDW, MDM, and enterprise data platforms. - Proficiency in life science data domains. - Hands-on knowledge of modern data stacks such as cloud data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, metadata management, and data quality tools. - Experience in leading teams and managing complex deliveries. - Ability to align business requirements with technical implementation. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Client prefers candidates with: - Solid Life Sciences/Pharma domain experience. - Experience with life sciences datasets including Rx, formulary, HCP/patient, and sales/CRM data. - Hands-on cloud data warehousing and ETL/ELT exposure.
