Software Development Engineer-II (Python with Interoperability)

As a Software Development Engineer II (Backend) at our company, your role will be focused on health IT interoperability. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other engineers to create services that enable our customers to seamlessly send and receive data to and from other systems within the healthcare IT ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Develop efficient interoperability services to facilitate data flows for Innovaccer applications - Identify and communicate best practices within the team - Participate in the complete project life cycle from pitch/prototyping to integration, QA, and delivery - Analyze and enhance the performance, scalability, stability, and security of our platform - Contribute to improving engineering standards, tooling, and processes Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field - 3+ years of experience, demonstrating a start-up mentality and a strong willingness to learn - Understanding of the role of AI in expediting the development process - Proficiency in Python and working with RESTful APIs - Familiarity with healthcare IT interoperability formats such as HL7 FHIR standard, C-CDA, XDS.b/XCA, or Direct - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Ability to influence peers and management, and advocate for best practices - Excellent communication and collaboration skills Join us in our mission to innovate and improve healthcare IT interoperability by leveraging your expertise and skills in software development.
