Senior ServiceNow Developer - Integrated Risk Management

Job Description : Role : Senior Developer ServiceNow IRM Position Summary : The ServiceNow IRM Senior Developer is the technical engine responsible for building, configuring, and deploying complex risk and compliance applications. Operating with minimal day-to-day supervision, this individual tackles advanced platform customization requests, creates custom indicator templates, and develops cross-module automated workflows. Key Responsibilities : - Application Development : Write clean, modular server-side and client-side JavaScript code. Configure Advanced Risk Assessments, Risk Hierarchies, Attestation templates, and custom Workspaces. - Cross-Module Fusion : Build configurations linking the IRM suite to adjacent platform domains, specifically SecOps (Vulnerability Response), ITSM (Change/Incident Management), and the CMDB asset mapping layer. - Automation Automation : Build automated indicators, design Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) scripts, and automate manual risk assessment distributions using Flow Designer. - Quality Assurance : Author unit test scripts, construct Automated Test Framework (ATF) suites for IRM modules, and maintain comprehensive technical design documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Experience : 7+ years of total software development experience, with a minimum of 4 years dedicated to the ServiceNow platform and 3+ years writing code for GRC/IRM implementations. - Technical Depth : High proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Actions, and ACL security models. - Certifications : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in any IRM/GRC module is highly preferred.
