Quality Analyst Lead

Experience Level: Minimum 2 to 3 years Relevant experience as QA Lead Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled anddetail-oriented QA Lead RPA to join our growing Automation team. Theideal candidate will bring extensive experience in leading quality assuranceefforts for Robotic Process Automation projects, with a strong focus on UiPathtools and frameworks. The QA Lead will be responsible for defining teststrategies, managing QA resources, and ensuring the delivery of high-qualityRPA solutions that meet business and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage QA activities across multiple RPA projects, ensuring adherence to established quality standards and best practices. Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases for RPA processes developed using UiPath. Collaborate closely with RPA developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end test coverage. Oversee the execution of functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. Establish and enforce defect management processes, including defect identification, documentation, tracking, and resolution. Perform root cause analysis on identified defects and suggest corrective actions. Ensure test data preparation, environment readiness, and continuous improvement of test automation processes. Guide and mentor junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and accountability. Provide timely reports and metrics on QA progress, risks, and outcomes to project and executive leadership. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 57 years of overall QA experience , with at least 23 years in a QA Lead role specific to RPA projects. Expertise in UiPath RPA tools and frameworks, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Suite. Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, automation testing strategies, and best practices. Experience with test management tools (eg, Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail) and defect tracking systems. Proficient in writing and executing test scripts, test cases, and test automation for RPA workflows. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional QA teams in an Agile or hybrid delivery model. Preferred Skills: UiPath Advanced RPA Developer or UiPath Test Suite certification. Knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques. Familiarity with CI/CD practices in automation. Experience in industries such as BFSI, healthcare, or telecom is a plus.
