About the role
About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct one-on-one voice calls and chat sessions with users through the Bangalore Connect app. 2. Explain Power BI concepts, including Power Query, data modeling, relationships, star schema, DAX measures, and calculated columns. 3. Troubleshoot Power BI reports by resolving relationship issues, filter context errors, refresh problems, and incorrect calculations. 4. Guide users on dashboard design, visual selection, layouts, drill-through, bookmarks, and row-level security. 5. Teach supporting skills such as SQL, Excel, and basic data cleaning. 6. Guide career switchers on learning paths and portfolio projects for analytics roles. 7. Conduct mock analytics interviews and provide feedback on dashboards and case study presentations. 8. Maintain a professional approach and follow platform quality guidelines during every interaction. Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Power BI or in a data analyst role where Power BI is a core tool. 2. Strong hands-on experience with DAX and SQL; knowledge of Tableau or Looker is an added advantage. 3. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly over voice calls without screen sharing. 4. Fluent in English and at least one of Kannada, Hindi, or Tamil. 5. Own a laptop, smartphone, and a stable internet connection. 6.
