QA- Manual testing (India)

Key Responsibilities Test Planning & Design: Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create comprehensive, transparent, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Manual Execution: Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing on web and/or mobile applications. Defect Tracking: Identify, isolate, document, and track bugs through to resolution using issue tracking tools (like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp). Provide clear steps to reproduce. UI/UX Validation: Ensure the applications layout, responsiveness, and user flow match design mockups and provide an intuitive user experience. Regression Testing: Maintain and execute regression test suites to ensure new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality. Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Provide feedback on feature testability during the development phase. Documentation: Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting test results. Experience: 3+ years of experience in manual software testing.
