As a Mobile App Developer - React Native Lead, you will be responsible for leveraging your strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns like MVVM, Clean Architecture, and modularization. Your proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern React/React Native patterns such as Redux, Context API, Hooks, and navigation frameworks will be key in delivering high-impact features. You will work directly with business teams to define requirements, shape technical needs, and drive feature planning. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize 5+ years of professional mobile development experience, with a focus on React Native for at least 3 years. - Collaborate with business teams to define requirements and deliver impactful features. - Demonstrate strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns and deep experience with REST APIs, authentication flows, and state management at scale. - Lead initiatives, influence technical direction, and mentor other engineers. - Proficiency with debugging tools, performance profiling, and crash resolution. - Experience with mobile build tools, CI pipelines, and version control best practices. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern React/React Native patterns. - Experience with Native iOS development using Swift and Native Android development using Kotlin is a plus. - Familiarity with analytics, push notifications, deep linking, and mobile security practices. - Strong communication skills to align technical solutions with business objectives. - Proactive leadership skills to take ownership of outcomes and drive initiatives forward. - Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating across teams. - Detail-oriented, curious, and committed to continuous improvement. - Strategic thinking combined with a deep dive into technical details.
