About the role
We are hiring for TOP MNC for Mobile App Developer -React Native- Lead-(Native iOS development using Swift & Native Android development using Kotlin) Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, modularization). Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern React/React Native patterns (Redux, Context API, Hooks, navigation frameworks). Proven experience working directly with business teams to define requirements and deliver high-impact feature Must have strong- work directly with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, shape technical requirements, and drive feature planning. Location - Bangalore Experience 6 Years – 14 Years (Lead) Salary - 15LPA- 40 LPA (Including 10% of Variables) Work Mode- Hybrid Shift- 12PM- 9PM Notice Period - Immediate Joiner Skills Required- What We’re Looking For Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of professional mobile development experience, including 3+ years with React Native. Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern React/React Native patterns (Redux, Context API, Hooks, navigation frameworks). Proven experience working directly with business teams to define requirements and deliver high-impact features. Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, modularization). Deep experience with REST APIs, authentication flows, and state management at scale. Proficiency with debugging tools, performance profiling, and crash resolution. Experience with mobile build tools, CI pipelines, and version control best practices. Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, influence technical direction, and mentor other engineers. Nice to Have: Native iOS development using Swift. Native Android development using Kotlin. Experience building or maintaining React Native native modules. Familiarity with analytics, push notifications, deep linking, and mobile security practices. Experience with Firebase, feature flags, A/B testing platforms, or mobile DevOps pipelines. Who You Are An excellent communicator who can align technical solutions with business objectives.
