Senior BIM Architect

Job Summary: Conducts all production tasks in technical models and deliverables to match requirements stated in the BIM Execution plan Essential Duties And Responsibilities Clearly analysis of client requirement and input received. Taken the ownership the work carried by the self/next level subordinate. Precisely verifying the deliverables in all respects. Produces clash and design issue reports. Produces BIM deliverables as set in the BIM execution plan. Trains team staff when necessary Marginal Duties Willing to work as an Onsite Sr. BIM Architect with Clients project Document control support Coordinate with client if required Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and / or Experience B.Arch./M. Arch or foreign equivalent in Architectural /Civil Engineering and Management/Technology from reputed university Prefer with 5+years of experience in BIM detailing work from pre construction through hand off phase of commercial construction. Good knowledge of AutoCAD , Revit Architecture Good knowledge of Navisworks, Sketch up. Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively Language, Mathematical and/or Reasoning Ability Adaptability Adapts to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit. Initiative Takes independent actions and calculated risks; looks for and takes advantage of opportunities. Time Adherence : Ability to complete the tasks within stipulated time. Design and detail knowledge : Knowledge in designing and detailing part of the project and sharing with the colleagues.
