Role & responsibilities : Were looking for a handson Technical Team Lead who can architect, lead, and deliver.What Youll Do Lead a team of 7+ engineers to deliver scalable, secure web applications and mobile apps. Architect cloudfirst solutions from business requirements. Contribute in feature development. Maintain code quality and maintainability. Optimize SDLC for speed and quality. Drive Git strategies across GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket. Communicate seamlessly with clients and internal teams. Keep projects on track using JIRA. What You Bring Strong in .NET (8 and above), MS SQL/PostgreSQL. Proven cloudfirst development expertise. Experience delivering web & mobile apps endtoend.
