Roles & Responsibilities : - Lead a team of 7+ engineers to deliver scalable, secure web applications and mobile apps. - Architect cloud-first solutions from business requirements. - Contribute in feature development, maintain code quality, and maintainability. - Optimize SDLC for speed and quality. - Drive Git strategies across GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket. - Communicate seamlessly with clients and internal teams. - Keep projects on track using JIRA. What You Bring : - Strong in .NET (8 and above), MS SQL/PostgreSQL. - Proven cloud-first development expertise. - Experience delivering web and mobile apps end-to-end. - Detail-oriented leadership with sharp communication skills. Nice to Have : - AI exposure, certifications. - Familiarity with Node.js, Next.js, and modern stacks.
