AI/ML Engineer Experience: Freshers to 2 Years Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for passionate and motivated AI/ML Engineers to join our team in Bangalore. Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world business applications. Collect, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data. Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models. Develop scalable AI solutions using Python and industry-standard ML frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions. Perform model testing, validation, performance tuning, and monitoring. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following best practices. Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in AI/ML. Strong programming skills in Python . Good understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and data science concepts. Hands-on experience with TensorFlow , PyTorch , scikit-learn , or similar ML frameworks. Knowledge of Generative AI , Large Language Models (LLMs) , Natural Language Processing (NLP) , Computer Vision , or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is an added advantage. Familiarity with SQL, Git, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and a willingness to learn new technologies.
