Vehicle Integration Engineer (UGNX)

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Vehicle Integration Engineer with experience in Siemens NX (UG NX) , DMU (Digital Mock-Up) , and full vehicle integration . The candidate will be responsible for integrating vehicle systems, resolving packaging issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with design, manufacturing, and regulatory requirements throughout the product development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Perform full vehicle integration activities for new vehicle programs. Develop and modify 3D CAD models using Siemens NX (UG NX) . Conduct DMU analysis for packaging, clearance, accessibility, maintainability, and serviceability. Resolve packaging conflicts and interface issues through cross-functional discussions. Perform tolerance stack-up and interference analysis. Ensure vehicle-level design meets manufacturing and assembly requirements. Support prototype builds, design validation, and issue resolution. Participate in engineering change management (ECN/ECR). Collaborate with global engineering teams and suppliers.
