Explore more at: www.intellectdesign.com Key Responsibilities Migration Strategy & Planning** Define and document end-to-end data migration approaches, methodologies, and timelines. Assess source and target systems, identifying gaps, risks, and dependencies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure migration aligns with organizational goals. Functional Execution** Domain expertise on banking application. Technical Execution Lead the design and development of migration scripts Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency during migration. Optimize performance of bulk data loads (e.g., SQL*Loader, external tables, ETL tools). Leadership & Collaboration Guide and mentor a team of developers and leads. Coordinate with application owners, DBAs, and infrastructure teams. Act as the primary technical point of contact for migration-related issues. Quality Assurance Establish validation frameworks for migrated data. Implement error handling, logging, and rollback strategies. Conduct post-migration audits and performance checks. Risk Management Identify potential migration risks and develop mitigation plans. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 12+ years of experience in data migration, ETL, or database engineering. Strong expertise in **Oracle and PostgreSQL Hands-on experience Channel migration (Corporate entitlement, User entitlements, Beneficiary, Complex workflow, Transaction history). Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks. Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.Role & responsibilities
