Dear Candidate, Greetings We have multiple openings with one of our leading MNC clients (LTIM) for the following role: RR ID - 1474292 Job Description: Production Support (RTB SME-GCB 5) Experience: 8-12 years - Max 35 lpa(Including 10% VP) Working hours: India business hours (09:0018:00) with 24x7 on-call support on rotation/need basis Location Pune Only Work mode: Hybrid candidate must attend Pune office 2 times a week Role purpose Own end-to-end production support for the Data Analytics platform, ensuring stability, availability and performance across big data and cloud-based data processing systems. The role leads incident/problem/change management and works closely with engineering, product and business teams to reduce operational risk and improve service reliability. Key responsibilities - Manage end-to-end RTB activities across Data Analytics systems in line with HSBC and ITIL standards. - Own Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request management through to closure, with clear communication and documentation. - Lead major incident (P1) management, coordinate stakeholders, drive recovery, and complete post-incident reviews and RCA actions. - Ensure adherence to SLAs/OLAs, service indicators and operational controls. - Manage and improve batch monitoring, scheduling and issue resolution (e.g., Control-M/Airflow). - Monitor production processing using dashboards and provide regular reporting on incidents, trends and service health. - Manage production releases and deployments with controlled change and minimal disruption. - Support Disaster Recovery (DR) implementation, testing and role-swap/failover activities. - Ensure compliance with audit, data protection and IT security requirements. - Communicate effectively with Business and IT stakeholders and collaborate with global teams to deliver timely outcomes. Key skills (must-have) - Solid experience in Production Support / RTB with hands-on ITIL processes (Incident/Problem/Change) and P1 handling .
