Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile React Native Technical Lead Solution Architect Location India Global Delivery Center Regional Hub Function Experience Engineering Mobile Applications Digital Emerging Technology Industry Global FMCG Enterprise Role Summary We are looking for a React Native Technical Lead Solution Architect to drive the architecture design and delivery of enterprisescale mobile applications The role requires strong expertise in React Native Salesforce Mobile SDK OfflineFirst Architecture SmartStore Redux and Mobile Solution Design with the ability to translate customer requirements into scalable secure and highperforming mobile solutions The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership define architecture roadmaps mentor engineering teams and engage directly with customers and stakeholders to deliver bestinclass mobile experiences Key Responsibilities Lead endtoend solution architecture design and development of React Native applications for iOS and Android Collaborate with customers business stakeholders and enterprise architects to define scalable mobile solutions Architect offlinefirst applications using Salesforce Mobile SDK SmartStore and SmartSync Design secure highperformance integrations with Salesforce Azure GCP and enterprise backend systems Drive application performance scalability security and maintainability standards Implement advanced mobile capabilities including image processing and computer vision using OpenCV Establish architecture governance coding standards CICD practices and code review processes Lead mentor and guide development teams while providing technical direction across the delivery lifecycle Evaluate and drive adoption of emerging technologies AIML capabilities and mobile innovation initiatives Required Skills Mobile Architecture Extensive experience in React Native JavaScript and TypeScript Strong expertise in mobile architecture design patterns and enterprise application development Proven experience leading technical teams and architecting largescale mobile solutions Salesforce Mobility Deep expertise in Salesforce Mobile SDK SmartStore and SmartSync Experience building offlinefirst and data synchronization solutions State Management Strong proficiency in Redux Redux Toolkit for complex enterprise applications Computer Vision Experience integrating OpenCV or similar native frameworks into React Native applications DevOps Collaboration Advanced knowledge of GitHub branching strategies pull requests and CICD pipelines Ideal Candidate Profile A handson Technical Lead Architect who can Engage with customers to understand business challenges and define solution strategies Design scalable enterprisegrade mobile architectures Lead engineering teams and drive delivery excellence Build innovative secure and highperformance mobile platforms aligned with business objectives Skills Mandatory Skills : React Native
