Date posted: 5/01/2025 Job Number: 228008 Job Category: Information Technology - Software Location: Fairfax, VA US; Schedule: Full-time Travel: None; Shift: Day Job Description: We're seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Analyst and Tester for the application testing, quality analysis, and customization of applications, including IntelliExtract (AI/ML data extraction) and Cloud Data Migration tools. The Software Quality Analyst and Tester Engineer will: Gather technical requirements, design, and test applications using Selenium and Java on a cloud platform. Provide API testing using SOAP UI and Postman Build CI/CD test pipelines, analyze complex testing issues, log bugs using JIRA. Identify and develop manual, automation, and smoke test cases and implement them. Plan regression testing and migrate scripts for production and test environments. Create dashboards, Kanban boards, and track team deliverables using JIRA. Qualifications: EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Engineering, or Computer Science, Information Systems, or other degree with relevant experience. Min 2 years of experiences in software quality assurance testing using automation frameworks like Selenium and Java. Experience with API testing tools (SOAP UI, Postman). Expertise in testing, configuration, and deployment of automation scripts. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or other cloud environments. Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies for test automation.
