Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Consultant (Bengaluru)

Roles & Responsibilities Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Consultant - Implement, configure, and support Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) solutions based on business requirements. - Manage end-to-end OFSC implementation activities including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. - Configure OFSC modules including - Routing and routing optimization - Capacity and quota planning - Activity management - Resource management - Work zones and time slots - Business rules, filters, and workflows - Design and configure OFSC solutions to improve field workforce scheduling, dispatching, and operational efficiency. - Develop and manage integrations between OFSC and external applications using REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). - Work with JSON, XML, and API-based integrations for data exchange and synchronization. - Perform OFSC data migration, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting activities. - Customize OFSC user interface, forms, and plugin framework based on business needs. - Develop and maintain OFSC plugins using JavaScript. - Analyze system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide production support and enhancements. - Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions. - Prepare technical documentation including configuration documents, integration specifications, test scenarios, and user guides. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. - Support SIT, UAT, deployment activities, and post-go-live stabilization. - Optimize OFSC configurations and integrations to improve system performance and user experience. - Work closely with Oracle support teams for issue resolution and product-related troubleshooting.
