Production Engineer

We are hiring for Production Engineer Location: Plot No. A, 26, Rd Number 10, Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane West, Thane, Maharashtra 400604. Experience: Minimum 3 Years Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering/Automobile Engineer/Product engineer Key Responsibilities * Monitor and optimize production processes to achieve quality, productivity, and efficiency targets. * Ensure effective implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and Poka-Yoke practices. * Maintain compliance with ISO Standards and IATF requirements. * Possess sound knowledge of Heat Treatment processes and manufacturing practices. * Monitor, analyze, and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). * Analyze production data and prepare reports as required by management. * Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Quality Control (QC) and Purchase to ensure smooth production operations. * Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. Candidate Profile * B.E. in Mechanical Engineering /Automobile Engineer/Product engineer * Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing industry. * Good knowledge of Heat Treatment, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, ISO Standards, IATF, and OEE. * Strong analytical and reporting skills. * Good communication and interdepartmental coordination skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
