Contact No:8147091039 Responsibilities: - Installation, support, maintenance, configuration, and management of Windows server architecture(s), including Citrix and VMware. - Monitoring and performance tuning of Windows servers. - Experience with Exchange Server is a plus. - Excellent attention to detail. - Ability to learn quickly and work independently. - Vendor technical support should be a last resort. - Documenting changes and storing them in a centralized location is essential. - Experience working with incident management tools and following company change management policies. - Providing regular progress reports to management. - Analyzing and presenting root cause analyses to a wide-ranging audience. - Working rotational shifts to meet global demands. Qualifications: - Graduate degree in any major. - At least 6 months of experience as a technical expert in Windows system administration.
