Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI to join our team. You will play a key role in modernizing our online support experience, developing machine learning models, and leveraging large language models to drive innovation. Responsibility: Modernize the Dell Online Support experience through advanced AI models. Support the development and implementation of machine learning models. Leverage Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM) for innovative solutions. Analyze and prepare data for model training. Conduct statistical experiments and evaluate results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven features. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning. Minimum 4 years of experience in Generative AI and Prompt Engineering. Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries such as nltk and spacy. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Curiosity and drive for innovation. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
