SO - ServiceNow Implementation

Job Description : Join our team as a Senior Consultant for ServiceNow Implementation. This role involves driving IT Service Management initiatives, implementing ServiceNow solutions, and enhancing business processes through innovative approaches. Responsibility: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation phase and post-deployment. Design and lead integration of ServiceNow with alternate tools and platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance their understanding of the platform. Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and ensure the team is proficient in new features. Participate in project planning and status meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Requirements: 5 to 8 years of experience in IT Service Management, with a strong focus on ServiceNow implementation. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules and functionalities. Experience developing and optimizing ServiceNow dashboards, alerts, and reports. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
