Systems Engineer United States | 2025-07-12 Job Description Location: Frisco, TX Job description: We are seeking a RAN Test & Integration Engineer with strong hands-on experience in RAN configuration, testing, and validation. This role focuses on executing manual and automated test cases, supporting new feature and product integration testing, and ensuring high-quality delivery through rigorous verification and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Conducting new feature and regression verification on a sprint cadence to maintain strict quality standards. Providing support for new product integration tests to ensure successful implementation. Troubleshooting to determine the root cause of performance issues and test failures, driving continuous improvements in our processes. Providing regular status updates to internal collaborators to keep everyone informed and aligned. Requirements: Proven experience with the configuration of RAN core network elements and user equipment. Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating system configuration. Hands-on experience using RF lab equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators. Deep understanding of wireless technologies like LTE and 5G-NR, along with industry standards such as 3GPP. Familiarity with network configurations including DHCP, VLANs, IPv4, and IPv6. Experience using Atlassian JIRA and Bitbucket for project management and version control. Expertise in test execution, results collection, and report generation. Knowledge of Open RAN is an added advantage. · Strong understanding of XML and RPC interfaces. Ability to complete both manual and automated test cases with precision. Skilled in developing and detailing comprehensive test cases and results. Professional demeanor and capability to work effectively with customers and partners.
