Senior Manager, Technical Product Mgmt

As a Technical Product Management Sr. Specialist for Supply Chain Resilience Solutions at a global healthcare biopharma company, your main responsibility is to bridge the gap between technical teams and product development to ensure that products meet customer demands and leverage cutting-edge technology effectively. You will be part of the Digital Supply Chain Resilience team, dedicated to enhancing business capabilities by streamlining processes and driving success in integrating the manufacturing division risk ecosystem. Responsibilities: - Prioritize product requirements, develop product roadmaps, and own the product backlog. - Analyze market and user research, feedback, and usage data to understand needs and opportunities. - Facilitate product uptake through content development, campaign support, and performance monitoring. - Define and manage scoping, requirements, and prioritization activities for changes. - Engage with stakeholders to resolve issues, manage resolutions, and collect feedback. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategies aligned with business goals. - Participate in system design and architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and security. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and requirements specifications. - Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure quality and reliability. - Provide training and support to users and stakeholders on new product features. Qualifications: - Post-Degree or masters degree in engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in digital product management, business/technical analysis, or related role. - Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and familiarity with product management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello). - Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Preferred: Understanding of data analytics and visualization tools, programming experience in C#, Python, VB.Net, HTML5, Javascript, and knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence, or data science technologies.
