Frontend Developer-Team Lead

Role Overview: As a Frontend Team Lead at Veoci Inc., you will operate as a true player-coach, managing a team of frontend engineers and actively contributing to the codebase. Leading by example is core to this rolehow you communicate, review code, and handle feedback will set the cultural and technical tone for the team. Role Responsibilities: - Develop, architect, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using Vue.js and TypeScript, taking ownership of both large features and daily ticket work. - Write clean, maintainable, and highly optimized code, serving as the standard benchmark for the team. - Effectively leverage AI tools and methodologies to drive developer productivity and efficiency across the frontend team. - Continuously profile and optimize applications for speed, scalability, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility. - Partner with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes/mockups into interactive interfaces and collaborate with backend teams for seamless data flow and API integration. Qualifications Required: - Education: B.E. / B.Tech or higher degree in CSE, CE, BCA, or MCA from a renowned Tier-1 institution. - Overall Experience: 12+ years in Frontend Development or a similar engineering role. - Leadership Experience: 34 years of proven experience leading, mentoring, and managing engineering teams. - Technical Skillset: Expertise in Vue.js, TypeScript, Vuetify, Pinia, Vuex, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and UI/UX best practices. - Nice-to-Have: Basic understanding of Node.js, Firebase, CI/CD pipelines, and modern frontend deployment strategies.
