Lead Front End Engineer (Vue.js)

As a Frontend Team Lead at Veoci Inc., you will operate as a true player-coach, managing a team of frontend engineers and actively contributing to the codebase. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, architect, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using Vue.js and TypeScript, taking ownership of both large features and daily ticket work. - Effectively leverage AI tools and methodologies to drive developer productivity and efficiency across the frontend team. - Partner with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes/mockups into interactive interfaces, and collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless data flow and API integration. Qualifications Required: - Education: B.E. / B.Tech or higher degree in CSE, CE, BCA, or MCA from a renowned Tier-1 institution. - Overall Experience: 12+ years of professional experience in Frontend Development or a similar engineering role. - Leadership Experience: 34 years of proven experience successfully leading, mentoring, and managing engineering teams. - Frameworks: Expert-level proficiency in Vue.js and extensive hands-on experience with Vuetify. - Languages: Deep expertise in TypeScript and strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. - State Management: Advanced knowledge of Vue-specific state management libraries, specifically Pinia and Vuex. - Experience with Tailwind CSS and preprocessors like SASS/LESS. - Testing: Experience with frontend testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Vitest, Cypress, Storybook). - Strong knowledge of UI/UX best practices and web accessibility standards (WCAG). - Backend & Cloud: Basic understanding of Node.js, Firebase, or cloud-native technologies. - DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern frontend deployment strategies.
