Dear Candidates, we are hiring forProject Manager - Cambodia Interested candidates can share their resumes on arti@iquest-consultants.com We are looking for an experienced FCR - Flexcube Retail Technical Consultant with 6+ years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Retail (FCR) technical support and development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PL/SQL debugging, query writing, production support, and troubleshooting issues in banking applications. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and maintenance for Oracle FLEXCUBE Retail (FCR) applications. Analyze, debug, and resolve production issues related to FCR modules. Develop, modify, and optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and scripts. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for application defects and technical issues. Work closely with functional teams, business users, and other stakeholders for issue resolution. Handle incident management, service requests, and problem management activities. Perform database-level troubleshooting and performance tuning. Support application deployments, fixes, and enhancements. Prepare technical documentation and maintain support-related artifacts. Required Skills: 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Retail (FCR) Technical. Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL programming. Experience in PL/SQL debugging, query analysis, and performance optimization. Good understanding of FLEXCUBE modules and banking domain processes. Experience in production support and handling critical banking issues. Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting. Experience with incident management and ticketing tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
