About the role
Minimum 07 to 10 years experience with the reputed Architectural firm in designing Hospitality, Commercial & Residential development projects Expertise in Revit BIM & AutoCAD is a must. Candidate should have experience in coordination with other Specialised Consultants like Structure, MEP, Landscape, ID, Facade, VT etc. Should have an understanding of Structural & MEPF services requirements in the project. Should be smart & presentable & able to attend meetings with the Client/ Consultants indecently. Should be able to manage team of Jr. Architects & draughtsman. Should be able to work on multiple projects Should be able to deliver the deliverables on time as per the schedule agreed with the client. Should be able to maintain Minutes of Meetings, Site visit reports, Important issues like delays, rework, variations etc.
