About the role
Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and develop architectural design solutions. Prepare and coordinate detailed Working Drawings . Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and interior designers. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients through all phases of the project. Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and best practices. Produce clear, accurate drawings and documentation using CAD/BIM software. Assist in presentations, site visits, and design reviews. Support project delivery from schematic design through execution. Experience & Skills Required Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized university. 4 to 5 Years to 10-12 Years of professional experience in architectural design and delivery. Strong portfolio demonstrating work on Commercial, Hotel, or Residential projects . Flexible requirement: Candidates with experience focused on any one of the following are welcome: Large-scale Commercial buildings Hotels / Hospitality design Residential projects Proficient in architectural software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite (or similar). Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Team player with good organization and time-management abilities.
