Full Stack Developer-KH/IQ/01

Role & responsibilities Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Proven professional experience 5+ years in full-stack software engineering, backend development, cloud application development, or a similar role. Strong backend development experience using C # and .NET, including ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, dependency injection, asynchronous programming, middleware, configuration management, security, and performance optimisation. Strong frontend development experience using Next.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience building and consuming REST APIs, with a strong understanding of API design, versioning, authentication, error handling, documentation, and backward compatibility. Experience with modern software architecture principles, including modular design, separation of concerns, SOLID principles, clean code, design patterns , and dependency management. Good understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing, and integration patterns. Practical experience applying test-driven development and automated testing practices, including unit tests, integration tests, API tests, end-to-end tests, and test automation. Familiarity with engineering methods such as TDD, BDD, ATDD, DDD, clean architecture, hexagonal architecture, and contract testing. Strong understanding of DevOps principles and experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, o r similar tooling. Strong Azure Cloud experience, including application deployment, identity and access management, networking, monitoring, security, configuration management, secrets management, and cost optimisation. Experience with Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure API Management, Azure Key Vault, Azure Storage, Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights. Experience using container technologies such as Docker and, ideally, Kubernetes. Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, Azure Resource Manager, or Ansible. Strong understanding of Git-based version control, pull requests, code reviews, branching strategies, release management, and collaborative software delivery. Understanding of security best practices, including secure coding, OWASP principles, authentication and authorisation, secrets management, dependency vulnerability management, and API security. Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including SQL Server, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, Redis, or similar technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with product, AI, data, cybersecurity, platform, and business teams. Experience working in Agile delivery environments, including Scrum, Kanban, backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
