ServiceNow Developer CMDB | ITSM & ITOM Location: Gurugram, Haryana Experience: 3 - 5 Years Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer CMDB with strong experience in ITSM and ITOM modules , particularly CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, administering, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform while ensuring data integrity, process automation, and operational excellence. The role requires close collaboration with infrastructure, operations, and application teams to improve ServiceNow adoption, streamline IT processes, and support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Configure, customize, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules. Develop and support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and Knowledge Management. Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer workflows, and Record Producers. Manage and maintain the CMDB, ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational standards. Configure and administer ServiceNow Discovery, including MID Servers, credentials, schedules, and discovery patterns. Design, implement, and support Service Mapping for business services and applications. Implement Identification & Reconciliation rules and manage multiple CMDB data sources. Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform, scripting, integration, Discovery, and Service Mapping issues. Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Transform Maps, and Table APIs. Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, cloning activities, update set management, and deployments. Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions to reduce manual effort. Create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for ITSM and ITOM processes. Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. ServiceNow Certifications will be an added advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile 3- 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience. Strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping. Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
