About the role
Skill Set:- OBPM, should have worked in Indian Payments- RTGS, NEFT. Key Responsibilities Act as the functional expert for payment systems and payment operations. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Support implementation and enhancement of payment products and services. Work with technology teams during development, testing, and deployment. Handle payment-related incidents, root cause analysis, and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and payment industry standards. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for payment processing. Review payment workflows and recommend process improvements. Participate in UAT, SIT, and production validation activities. Prepare business documentation including BRD, FRD, SOPs, and process flows. Support payment system migrations and transformation initiatives. Monitor payment operations and ensure adherence to SLAs. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members. Stay updated with evolving payment technologies and industry trends.
