Job Title / Primary Skill: Oracle PL/SQL People Manager Years of Experience : 8 to 12 Years Job Location: Kochi Hybrid Must Have Skills: PLSQL, PMP, Agile Job Description Summary Overall 8+ years experience in implementing solutions for Integration of applications Skills and Requirements: Resource must have 8+ years of IT Industry experience • Resource must have knowledge on Life sciences Managed Market domain • Resource must have hands on experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and Unix • Experience with Git and CI/CD. • Should have experience with Performance tuning, Query tuning by generating and explaining plan for SQL queries. • Should have good experience in working with Agile • Should have knowledge in Data Integration, Data Migration Qualifications & Skills •Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field; Masters preferred. •5+ years of experience managing technology or data-driven projects. •Proven expertise in customised data delivery solutions, analytics, and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). •Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities. •Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and data platforms. •Certification in PMP is an advantage. L ocation & Work Hours This position is based in Kochi / Bangalore India with standard working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.
