Senior .Net Software Engineer

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior .NET Software Engineer with a strong background in building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET Core, ASP .NET MVC, and Web APIs, along with modern front-end frameworks. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to system architecture and performance optimization. You will also play a key role in problem-solving, mentoring team members, and ensuring best practices in software development. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET technologies Build and integrate APIs and backend services Collaborate with front-end developers using modern JavaScript frameworks Optimize database performance and schema design Troubleshoot and resolve application issues Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices Mentor junior developers and support team growth Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience) 4+ years of experience in .NET Framework Strong expertise in: .NET Core ASP .NET MVC Web APIs Modern JavaScript frameworks

Experience with relational databases and performance optimization Proficiency with version control tools (e.g., Git) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Leadership and mentoring experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with Blazor Exposure to healthcare applications Experience with scalable systems Familiarity with AI/ML integrations
