Application Support Engineer (Telangana)

Roles and Responsibilities : - Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for application-related issues. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using various tools and techniques. - Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of issues and implement fixes. - Document customer interactions, resolutions, and knowledge base articles for future reference. - Candidates should have valid B1 Visa.
