Web Support Engineer (Hyderabad)

We are looking for a highly motivated Web Support Engineer with strong experience in ReactJS-based web applications and 24x7 production support environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting business-critical web applications used by global customers across multiple time zones. The candidate should have hands-on experience in production support, incident management, debugging ReactJS applications, log analysis, and coordinating with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure maximum application availability and performance Production & Application Support - Provide L2/L3 support for ReactJS-based web applications in a 24x7 setting. - Monitor application health, availability, and performance. - Investigate and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs. - Handle P1/P2 incidents and participate in major incident management calls. - Analyze logs, identify root causes, and coordinate issue resolution. ReactJS Application Support - Troubleshoot UI-related issues in ReactJS applications. - Debug JavaScript, React Components, API integration, and browser-related issues. - Work closely with development teams to identify and fix production defects. - Support application deployments, patch releases, and hotfix implementations Global Support Operations - Support users and customers across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions. - Participate in on-call support and rotational shifts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Provide status updates and incident communications to stakeholders. a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Support & Operations Skills - Experience working in 24x7 production support environments. - Strong incident, problem, and change management experience. - Exposure to ITIL processes and support best practices. - Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or similar ticketing tools. - Ability to handle critical production issues under pressure. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline. - 4+ years of experience in Web Application Support. - 2+ years of experience supporting ReactJS applications. - Experience supporting global customers and distributed teams. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. .
