About the role
Role & responsibilities for developer :- Develop and Continuous Improve Ansible Automation Playbooks and automation workflows. 2 Automate infrastructure provisioning, De-Commissioning and Configuration Management. 3 Collaborate with IT Infrastructure Platforms, ITAM, Middleware, DevOps & App Teams to 4 Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize performance. 5 Ensure compliance and security standards with automation practices. for engineer :- 1 Assess, Design, Define & Estimate IaC Program requirements, Roadmap, Project Planning, FTE Resource & Delivery Timelines 2 Design Highly Available IaC Automation Tools like Ansible/Puppet/Terraform, CI/CD Integration with Version Control Git, Art-Effect Management using YUM/JFrog Artifactory 3 Collaborate with Infrastructure Platform, BAU Support, DevOps, Middleware, DB and Application Team to understand day-2-day automation requirements to identify Automation Patterns Scope, Classification of Automation Dynamic & Static requirements to enable Automation Developer to Develop Define Automation Patterns. 4 Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize performance. 5 Ensure compliance and security standards with automation practices. Preferred candidate profile 1. Hands-on experience in Developing Ansible Playbooks, Roles, Facts and automation development using imperative automation techniques. 2. Solid knowledge of YAML and configuration management. 3. Experience Linux/Unix and Windows Operating System. 4. Integration with CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, Harness. 5. Understanding Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts, idempotence behavior, imperative and declarative automation techniques. 6. Exposure to cloud platforms (Vmware/AWS/Azure/Google/RHOCP/OpenStack). 7. Experience with Docker/Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE). 8. Red Hat Certified in any/all below certification tracks - Red Hat Certified Specialist in Developing Automation (EX374) - Red Hat Certified Specialist in Managing Automation (EX467) - Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA Ansible Track) .
