Job Title: L2 Entra ID & Active Directory Administrator Experience: 58 Years Location: Bangalore Shift: 3:00 AM 12:00 PM IST Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary We are seeking an experienced L2 Entra ID & Active Directory Administrator to manage and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with identity management technologies, and the ability to handle critical incidents while ensuring service availability and security. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Active Directory (AD DS) including Users, Groups, OUs, and Computer Objects. Manage and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs) . Administer DNS and DHCP services. Troubleshoot Active Directory replication issues. Manage FSMO roles , AD Sites & Services, and directory health. Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) . Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra Connect (Azure AD Connect) synchronization. Manage and troubleshoot Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) . Support Enterprise Applications and App Registrations . Perform Secret and Certificate renewals . Handle User Lifecycle Management activities. Create and manage Security Groups and memberships. Provide basic support for AD CS/PKI and certificate management. Develop and execute basic PowerShell scripts for administrative tasks. Handle and resolve P1/P2 incidents within agreed SLAs. Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and vendors for issue resolution. Required Skills Strong experience with Active Directory (AD DS) . Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) . Good understanding of Entra Connect/Azure AD Connect . Expertise in GPO, DNS, DHCP, AD Replication , and FSMO roles . Experience managing MFA, Enterprise Applications, and App Registrations . Knowledge of PKI/AD CS and certificate management. Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting . Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in enterprise-level Microsoft Identity environments. Exposure to ITIL processes and incident management. Relevant Microsoft certifications (preferred
