About the role
As a Junior System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the companys IT operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Basic knowledge of Operating Systems, Networking, Computer Hardware, and Storage. - Ability to learn quickly for working on various IT tools required for internal integration with ISMS tool. - Maintain ISO related records. - Co-ordination with Team members to resolve any technical issues. - Maintain Inventory of all IT related assets. - Providing end-user support, resolving technical issues, and providing technical assistance for all operating systems and applications. - Providing new employees with the required hardware and appropriate access to the companys computer systems. - Maintaining business software applications. - Implementing, configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, and evaluating existing and new operating systems and applications. - Helping with month-end reporting. - Supporting management with IT requests and potential new implementations. - Supporting Management with tracking of computer/printer devices for asset controls. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Basic knowledge in Desktops /Laptops and server setup, installation, configuration & troubleshooting. - Basic knowledge in Windows Operating system. - Basic knowledge in Networking. - Good level of written and verbal communication. - Ability to work independently as well as work well in a team environment. - Manage Asset Management. Preferred Certifications: MCSE / CCNA Please note that this position comes with a 2-year bond. If this is acceptable to you, the work location is in person.
