Head of IT Applications

Role Overview: As the Head of IT Applications at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving transformation and innovation by leveraging technology. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. - Develop an Integrated Application Roadmap aligned with business outcomes and IT capabilities. - Establish strong relationships with business units, acting as a trusted advisor and partner. - Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends for driving transformation and innovation. - Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all JADE Business applications. - Ensure delivery of IT Application services meets agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Manage IT Delivery projects, including planning, scheduling, and executing project tasks. - Implement and maintain ITIL best practices and processes. - Oversee incident management process, ensuring timely issue resolution. - Lead problem management activities to identify root causes and prevent recurrence. - Develop and implement service improvement plans to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards related to data privacy, security, and compliance.
