About the role
We are seeking a Technology Solutions Consultant to advise clients on digital and technical solutions. Responsibilities: Assess client needs and recommend suitable technology solutions. Manage implementation, configuration, and deployment of software tools. Develop solution architectures and technical proposals. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. Conduct product de strations and technical presentations. Ensure smooth onboarding, training, and post-implementation support. Maintain documentation and best practice guidelines. Skills: Strong understanding of enterprise software and cloud solutions. Business analysis and requirement gathering. Technical documentation and presentation skills. CRM, ERP, and SaaS platform expertise. Problem-solving and client communication. Educational Qualification: Bachelor s in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or related field. Certifications such as ITIL, Salesforce, Azure/AWS, Business Analysis (ECBA/CCBA) are valuable. MBA preferred for senior roles.
