Associate Manager

Group Company: Jindal Stainless Steelway Limited Designation: Associate Manager Office Location: Washivali (Raigad - MH) Sector: Fabrication Primary Responsibilities: ? 1. Lead electrical erection, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities for industrial plants, ensuring timely project execution and compliance with quality and safety standards.2. Execute commissioning of plant equipment including Beam Welding Machines, Plasma Cutting Machines, transformers, electrical panels, and automation systems.3. Plan and manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and plant availability.4. Maintain and troubleshoot HT/LT electrical distribution systems, including 33kV/11kV substations, transformers, switchgear, ACBs, VCBs, MCCs, PCCs, and control panels.5. Diagnose and resolve faults in PLC-based automation systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and Variable Frequency Drives (ABB, Siemens, Yaskawa).6. Supervise installation, operation, and maintenance of EOT cranes, DG sets, air compressors, CNC machines, and other production equipment.7. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, OEMs, and vendors for electrical installations, commissioning, maintenance activities, and project completion.8. Develop maintenance schedules, manpower deployment plans, spare parts management, and cost optimization strategies to improve operational efficiency.9. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, permit-to-work systems, and safe work practices.10. Prepare and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, Job Cycle Checks (JCCs), maintenance records, inspection reports, and safety documentation.11. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime.12. Monitor power distribution systems, maintain optimum power factor, manage contract demand, and implement energy conservation initiatives.13. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and energy consumption reports for performance monitoring and management review.14. Lead crane inspection, testing, and load testing activities in accordance with applicable IS standards.15. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and reliability enhancement programs.16. Train and mentor technicians and maintenance personnel on equipment operation, troubleshooting, maintenance procedures, and workplace safety.17. Provide round-the-clock maintenance support to ensure uninterrupted production and achieve plant performance targets. Skills:?
