Coordinate with production, quality, and safety departments to ensure mechanical operations comply with company standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee the planning and execution of mechanical projects, including equipment installation, upgrades, and modifications. Analyze mechanical system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Manage budgeting, procurement, and inventory control for mechanical spare parts and tools to optimize resource utilization. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies in all mechanical activities and promote a culture of safety within the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process optimization and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for senior management on mechanical department performance and project status.
