Manager Fiber Network Operations & Maintenance

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as Manager – Fiber Network Operations & Maintenance (FTTH) . Requirements Experience :10–15 Years Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Electronics & Communication Engineering) Key Responsibilities Ensure Service Assurance and Service Delivery in line with defined SLA and KPI targets. Handle network escalations and coordinate with Planning, Construction/Deployment, Home Care, NOC, Business, and O&M teams. Maintain fiber network uptime and ensure SLA compliance. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to eliminate repeat failures. Provide L2 technical support to JC O&M teams for network-related issues. Monitor and control preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Manage material reconciliation, inventory, and spare parts. Govern and monitor Service Partner (SP) performance to ensure quality service delivery. Required Experience & Skills Experience in Fiber Network Operations & Maintenance (O&M) with at least 4 years directly in providing high-quality network experience in FTTH technology. Hands-on knowledge of fiber testing and measurement tools (OTDR, Power Meter, Fusion Splicer, etc.). Experience with IP and Transmission equipment. Strong understanding of fiber optic communication. Excellent planning, stakeholder management, escalation handling, and communication skills. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities.
