TAC (Subject Matter Expert)

Purpose of the Role : TAC Engg (SME)will provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot network issues pertaining to Private 5G network being deployed. The individual will handle escalated issues from field locations, the role requires strong technical expertise in RAN elements (eNB, gNB, SC and WiFi APs) and a focus on minimizing network downtime and performance degradation Key Responsibilities: 1. Fault Management of RAN Nodes (eNB, gNB, SC and WiFi APs) 2. Incident Ticket Handling and Escalation, 3. Handling escalated case with in defined MTTR 4. Handling Service issues raised by customer for performance degradation, latency issues 5. Coordinate with Core, Transmission, IP and other teams to ensure end-to-end troubleshooting, 6. Collaborate with vendors for troubleshooting and resolving equipment-related issues 7. Conduct routine Network Audits and correction to ensure high network Availability 8. Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and prepare MOP/ SOP to improve Field Operations team capabilities Key Deliverables: 1. Fault restoration within SLA. 2. Able to handle High latency issues 3. Field call handling with end-to-end fault support. 4. Service/Performance issue handling associated with Private 5G network 5. Alarm Analysis and mitigations to keep alarm free network 6. Periodic Audit of configuration parameters and correction 7. Providing detailed RCA for critical and catastrophic outages & prepare plan of action to mitigate recurrence of such incidence. Technical Skills: 1. Strong understanding of LTE, WiFi and 5G RAN and Core technologies. 2. Experience with network management systems (NMS) in multi-vendor scenario 3. Proficiency in fault and performance management for RAN elements. 4. Hands-on experience with radio network troubleshooting and performance analysis tools. 5. Knowledge of IP networking and routing Exp : 10-15 years
