Senior Workday Test Engineer Opening with our direct client at Hyderabad . Long Term contract to Permanent hire with client Experience: 5 to 8 Years Project: Workday Benefits / Payroll & Integration Testing Location: Offshore (India) Work Hours: US CST Overlap Role Summary We are looking for experienced Senior Workday Test Engineers with strong manual testing expertise in Workday Benefits, Payroll, and Integrations. Candidates should be self-driven, capable of working independently, and collaborate effectively with client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases. Perform Functional, Integration, End-to-End (E2E), Regression, SIT, UAT, and Smoke Testing. Validate Workday Benefits, Payroll, bSwift, and third-party integrations. Execute test cases, log defects, perform defect validation, and support release testing. Participate in Sprint Planning, Defect Triage, Release Readiness, Hypercare, and Production Validation. Collaborate with Business, Functional, Development, Integration teams, and client stakeholders. Identify automation opportunities and support automation initiatives with the SDET team. Mandatory Skills 6 to 10 years of QA experience. Hands-on Workday Testing experience. Strong experience in: Functional Testing Integration Testing End-to-End Testing Regression Testing SIT & UAT Experience with Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum, and Visual Studio. Knowledge of C# and TypeScript. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Skills Workday Benefits Workday Payroll bSwift Benefits Administration Workday Integrations Test Automation using Playwright with TypeScript (Preferred) Experience with Testim, Selenium, or other automation tools is an added advantage.
